Vinyl Printing
Perfect for small quantity printing orders containing few colours such as sponsor prints and squad numbers on sports kits, slogans for exhibition t-shirts or company logos on Hi-Vis vests. All vinyl print design and application is done in-house by our specialist team. Artwork supplied by customers is recreated as outlines and specialist vinyl is cut using a CAD-Cutter. The excess vinyl is then weeded away and the remaining design is then heat-sealed onto the garment. Continuous improvements in the quality of printable vinyl on the market has resulted in an increase in the types of garment that are able to be printed. Here at Constructiv we vinyl print an array of garments, ranging from football kits to hi-vis vests to rain jackets.
Prices vary according to the size and number of colours per design. A design with a large amount of different colours and/or tints is not recommended (customers with such requirements would be encouraged to use our transfer print or screen print service). Artwork would ideally be supplied as vector files but jpegs are also perfectly acceptable.
